How I’m feeling: Really good! Energy has been pretty good. At my doctor visit, I was told that I am anemic and should start taking iron supplements. As far as my back pain goes, he suggested physical therapy since it hasn’t let up and I still have 12 more weeks to go. That doesn’t sound like fun, but relief sounds amazing.
New and exciting: My BFF Lindsey AKA “Twinsie” had her babies yesterday!!! I’m going to visit the preemie twins today, so check out Finding Silver Linings on Instagram for some really cute pics 🙂 The nursery is finally getting underway! We just bought and installed a new ceiling light for the room and I picked up lots of odds & ends. I am really starting to get excited!
Cravings: Lots of the same stuff. Tomato sauce, buffalo flavored pretzels, fried dough, candy apples
Aversions: asparagus (still), onions, broccoli
Baby is the size of: an eggplant
The baby at 28 weeks:
- He or she’s starting to develop more fat, so his or her wrinkly skin will start to get smoother.
- Baby’s lungs are mature enough that it’d probably survive if it was born now. Wow!
