Remember last week when I posted this recipe for chocolate chunk protein cookies? I found another really good one. Cinnamon rolls. With vanilla glaze. This recipe boasts 21 grams of protein and weighs in at under 200 calories. You can’t really beat that considering it tastes like dessert. No wonder this company’s hashtag is #cheatclean .
All you need is a cinnamon roll Quest bar and some vanilla yogurt.
Cut the bar in half. Bake at 350 until golden brown (about 5 minutes) and let cool. Spread a little yogurt on top of each & roll them up.
These make the perfect post workout treat or healthy snack when you want something sweet.
