How I’m feeling: Excited! My daily workouts are getting less intense. I feel my joints loosening which is making me a bit more unstable, so I think walking lunges and squats are done until after the baby. I have been taking a once a week pre-natal yoga class that I really love. My sciatica has been awful this week. I am definitely starting to lose my energy also.
New and exciting: We are in our 2nd week of our 5 week long childbirth class program. The class is relieving much of my fear and some of my anxiety. My husband is really liking the classes too. They have been gearing lots of conversation to dads and how to be supportive during this last trimester and labor. The shower was awesome! I will be posting photos and a quick recap next week. The nursery is almost ready!!!
Rings Fitting Fingers: Yes if I’m in air conditioning. No if it’s super hot.
Belly Button Status: Almost completely smoothed out!
Cravings: Cherry ice pops, Ruffles potato chips
Aversions: asparagus (still)
Baby is the size of: a squash
