I’ve seen some pretty amazing belly growth documentation in the blog world. I don’t have the time or patience lately to do a fancy schmancy one, but I’ve been doing my best. Our D-I-Y chalkboard wall has been getting lots of use lately! Every Wednesday, my pregnancy week changes. Since I didn’t really notice much change in terms of belly growth at the very beginning (other than major bloat), I started snapping weekly photos at around week 9. And this week’s shots:
How I’m feeling: No more morning sickness! I have lots of energy, and have been working out regularly. Excited to finally start to see a little baby bump 🙂
Cravings: vinegar (still), soft serve ice cream (still), cherry slushies
Aversions: asparagus, onions
Baby is the size of: a peach
- It’s forming vocal cords and teeth
- And even though it’s still teeny, he or she already has fingerprints.
- The intestines are moving from the umbilical cord to their more permanent place, in the tummy.
